Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VPN app (the "App") provided by Truck Drivers Welfare Association Of Canada ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If there is any difference between language versions of these Terms, the English version prevails.

1. The App

• The App is a client that connects your device to proxy servers you add yourself (your nodes), by entering them or importing share links or QR codes.
• We do not operate, provide or vouch for these servers, and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or how their operators handle your traffic.
• Nodes that do not encrypt the connection are marked "Unencrypted" in the App. Traffic through them can be read by others on the network.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• break any applicable law, or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam, distribute malware, or attack, scan or disrupt any network or system;
• connect to servers you are not authorized to use.

4. Where you use the App

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the place where you use the App, including any rules on VPN use.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be shown in the App with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
