Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how our VPN app (the "App"), provided by Truck Drivers Welfare Association Of Canada ("we", "us"), handles information. In short: the App does not send us any information.

If there is any difference between language versions of this policy, the English version prevails.

1. No data collected

The App connects only to servers you add yourself. It makes no requests to our servers, and we receive no information about you, your device or how you use the App.

2. Your nodes

• Servers and share links you add (your nodes) are stored only on your device. Their credentials are kept in the system secure storage and are excluded from device backups.
• Your nodes are never uploaded to us, and we cannot read them.

3. Your traffic

When connected, your traffic goes directly from your device to the server you chose; it does not pass through us, so we cannot see or record it. The operator of that server may be able to, so only use servers you trust. Servers marked "Unencrypted" in the App do not encrypt the connection, and others on the network may be able to read it.

The latency test connects from your device directly to your servers, and its results stay on your device.

4. No third-party SDKs

The App contains no third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising or push notification SDKs, and does not track your usage.

5. Diagnostics

Connection diagnostics are kept only on your device (up to 7 days or 1 MB) and never sent automatically. They leave your device only if you export them and choose where to send them, and they exclude destinations, DNS queries, node addresses and credentials.

6. Clipboard and camera

• The App does not read your clipboard in the background; it reads it only when you choose to import a share link.
• The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to scan a QR code. Images are processed on your device and are not stored or sent anywhere.

7. Contacting us

If you email us, we use your email address and what you send only to reply to you, and delete it when it is no longer needed for that.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version will be shown in the App with an updated effective date. If a later version of the App adds features that send information to us, its policy will say so before you use them.
